Would you like to share a bit about your personal and professional life?
On the personal front, I actively indulge in high-altitude treks, immersive camping experiences, and dedicated exercise routines to ensure my personal well-being. These activities are my source of rejuvenation, empowering me to maintain a resolutely positive mindset.
Meanwhile, professionally, I work as a Sr Manager, Customer Success Services Global Delivery, India, Oracle. My job profile gives me the honour of overseeing the seamless execution of critical IT projects for India’s largest public and private sector financial institutions. This demanding yet rewarding position not only defines my professional life but also serves as the catalyst for my personal growth. Leading and nurturing a talented team is an integral part of my responsibilities. I am entrusted with the recruitment, management, and motivation of exceptional individuals who contribute to our collective success. Together, we strive for excellence in project delivery, cementing our position as a trusted partner in the ever-evolving landscape of IT services.
How has your experience been with SP Jain’s EMBA program so far?

I have acquired a unique blend of expertise across various business domains, including Finance, Marketing, and Operations. As someone who has worked in IT for over 12 years, what transformations have you witnessed overseeing the delivery of technical services and complex technical solutions?
The ongoing digital revolution has opened up countless opportunities for business expansion. The rapid advancements in information technology, particularly in the fintech sector, including the migration from on-premises data centres to cloud solutions, heightened cybersecurity measures, state-of-the-art infrastructure for handling high loads, and harnessing the power of AI and ML algorithms to derive valuable insights from data, have become key requirements expressed by our customers. These transformations primarily aim to enhance the end-user experience. Presently, customers demand continuous business monitoring accompanied by real-time statistics, necessitating the acquisition of advanced machinery and a skilled workforce capable of managing even the most challenging scenarios.
What tips would you give the professionals interested in pursuing the EMBA program at SP Jain?
I would advise aspirants to clarify why they want to pursue an EMBA and how it aligns with their long-term career aspirations. If unsure about the same, they can make a rough plan and then transform it with time with the insights from the course, support from faculty, and a versatile cohort.
