A Journey of Growth and Leadership
My journey at SP Jain School of Global Management has been filled with learning, leadership, and impactful achievements.
I started as a member of the Content Team, where I developed strong communication and teamwork skills. During this period, me and my team were recognised among the Top 50 from 2000 college participants in a competition organised by Indian Institute of Technology Bombay.
In Semester 1, I had the privilege of serving as the Student Secretary, representing students and contributing to campus initiatives. In Semester 2, my passion for innovation led me to research the role of AI in healthcare, earning 1st place in a research competition for presenting my findings.
During Semesters 3 and 4 in Dubai, I continued expanding my leadership journey. I secured the Runners-Up position in Toastmasters, becoming one of the youngest active Toastmasters, while also serving as the Head of Sustainability, leading initiatives focused on responsible and sustainable practices.

My commitment to innovation and sustainability further resulted in success at the Middlesex Competition 2026, where my team emerged victorious among more than 120 teams. I was also honoured to be the Runners-Up in Net Zero Thrive 50, recognising my efforts toward sustainability-driven solutions.
From content team to student leader, researcher, public speaker, and sustainability advocate, each step of my BBA journey has reinforced my belief in continuous growth, purposeful leadership, and creating meaningful impact.
Biggest learnings from creating solutions that balance innovation with real-world impact
My biggest learning is that innovation only matters when it solves real problems. Through AI in healthcare and sustainability projects, I learned that successful solutions must be practical, accessible, and capable of creating measurable impact for people and communities.
On what made MDX Case Study Challenge and Net Zero Thrive a success
These experiences showed me that great results come from diverse perspectives. When team members contribute different ideas and strengths, solutions become more creative, effective, and impactful than any individual effort.

How working with the Magbukun Tribe in the Philippines changed my perspective on leadership and community impact
Working with the Magbukun Tribe taught me that leadership begins with listening and understanding. It reinforced the importance of respecting local communities and creating solutions that empower people rather than simply helping them.
Going beyond traditional academics with hands-on experiences
Experiences such as serving as Student Secretary, conducting research, and participating in international competitions helped me build leadership, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills that go beyond classroom learning.

Advice for students looking to make a meaningful impact through business, technology, and sustainability
Stay curious, take initiative, and focus on solving real-world problems. Collaborate with diverse people, embrace challenges, and use business, technology, and sustainability as tools to create positive change.
