Alumni Speak: Manish Rawat
In our interaction with S P Jain Alumnus Manish Rawat(GMBA-2007), he talks to us about how S P Jain continues to be a part of live, even after you’ve graduated.
“Before I joined the GMBA program, I spoke to one of my friend— an alumnus about considering the school for the program, and what he shared with me got me truly excited about the program”, shared Manish. “Your horizon of thinking will change with batch mates and faculties”, Manish recollects his friend saying.
“The biggest take away I have from life today is ‘To have the right mindset’, and use that in doing things that gives you a thrill in life. The two pillars of strengths that nurtured my initial growth were the faculty and my classmates. I always feel a strong sense of gratitude towards my batch mates and the alumni, who were and always be a great source of learning, care and enjoyment. As for the faculty, my association is still regular and the engagement is to a level that my Business Partner and professional Mentor, both are members of faculty at S P Jain”, Manish shares excitedly.
Manish continues to be an active member of the alumni association adding value at different levels. “I still visit the campus almost twice a month. I believe that a ROI of your education is just not in a formula, it’s in a Mutual Bond. My bond with the college is still helping me to grow in the global eco-system and I’m equally working to give back”.
